I bought a Cadillac Escalade 2004.Ihad suspect about the deal,but I had a deposit of $400.00dollar with them,the later they menace with take my deposit.In short I had to pay.They sent me a instruction to pay with a wire transfer.I have a bill.Later I called to the company and they answer me the vehicle had been sold.The time had past between the last conversation and time I spent to go the bank was 30 minutes , When I got home I called to the company an employee his name is Jose answered me he had sent a e mail saying me don,t send the wire transfer,because they hadn't the vehicle.I hope you take measure,because like them are destroying the confidence of the people in the Internet

- Yesterday I was contacted by Alex saying me I have to sign some document and I will receive my refund yesterday around 1:04 p.m and I didn't get anything

- Today I was contacted by Jose Cambronero saying me I need to remove the complaint on scam book my answer was, I need to see the money first and then I retired the demand

- Mr. Luis here in lies the problem. You had a deposit in your account that allows you to bid on cars. You bought a truck in which you had 2 business days to pay for it. Your money transfer came 7 business days after the purchase. The car re-listed and you are being charged a $400 re-list fee. (per the terms and conditions) You post a complaint looking to buy a Cadillac Escalade for $400... How dare you... There is nothing due to you. You have a negative balance.

- Mr. Alex you forgot when you received August 30 ,2012.It was 3.28 PM.The banker girl called you,if you had received the wire and you looked for ,first,in your account with wells Fargo, and then you looked for in your account with Chase Bank and you answer positively. you did the same when the police call you answered you had received the money two days late.Who is the liar

- Several days ago a wrote a letter soliciting my refund and don't received answer. Today I talked with Mr Brown and transferred me to Jose Cambronero said me they need I retire the complaint from scam-book my answer was put the money in scam- book.

put $1000 on my account. One of their sales Rep. Dexter Bank placed a bid on my behalf that i didnt ask for, and not rhey tried to sit on my $1000.
i have been calling their numbers, every number that i called is being directed to the same Dexter Bank. its like they already have my number on their system as a victim of their scam.
I am not gonna sit down and let my money go like that. we should all do something, i am calling my company lawyer on them. -
