Last year, I registered several domain names with this URL registry service provider.

During this past late March thru all of April, 2012, I tried to advise the hosting service that I did not want those domain name services renewed. I even have confirmation via their website of this intention. We continued email communications with thier billing dept via all of June and July; only to then receive relentless collection efforts from NCO Financial.

In complete disregard of those emails and their website acknowledgment of our intention to nonrenew their contract, they have relent- lessly pursued collection of their fees ($471.57)+ $12.00 for their collection agency, NCO Financial Systems.
