I purchased two items from this company back in May 2012 for £4.95 and £5.95 respectively, just noticed on my August bank account that £49.95 and £59.95 respectively had been removed from my account without my authority.
When I emailed them to make a complaint I had an automated email reply stating that they no longer use the email system for customer service enquirers and provided two contact numbers UK and US. Contacted the UK number which was a 0808 number, each time I rang the number it rang three times then hung up, no doubt this number will be a high premium rate number which will cost me again.
BE WARNED, DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!!!!
