The same as others, they took my £2.49 for trial offer. No products were sent. After a couple of weeks I called and asked for a refund. Never happened. I wrote it down to my stupidity. However, 16/07/2012 £94.99 was taken from my bank account even though I had given no details of that except for the trial pack. Today I called and asked for a refund and oh dear, they couldn't do it, the system wouldn't let them. They would have to ask the Corporate office to do it. I asked them the phone number of the corporate Office, and they told me they couldn't give it out. I laughed. A supervisor gave me a couple of addresses. They are a warehouse in Gatwick, and a warehouse in Rhode Island, I hope you are getting the gist.There is a mail drop address in New York, and that is the extent of this Company. It was Matt and Mary M who 'helped me' today. All I can do is contact my bank about this and let them deal with it. I will wait for the refund, but I am not going to hold my breath.
