I had booked and paid (via bank transfer) 4 roundtrip e-tickets from Hong Kong to Shanghai and back. At the airport, the e-tickets were from a different airline company (American Airlines, flying on the same day) and my name was nowhere to be found. I've just reported them to the police in Hong Kong.
