Caller was a female first which then put me through to a male indian Voice over the land line saying that I have a problem with my laptop....in fact I did.... so I fell for it because he had pointed out to me all these corrupt files that I had found on my computer.So I freaked out abit then allowed him access. Paid $307.00 with Credit got scammed..he downloaded and fixed the problem so he says. It appears after reading various scenarios. I have a printed out receipt which didn't indicate anything to do with Windows Tech support. The Letter head reads regNOW.
