Received a call from Cash Advance America and was informed that I will be summoned by court ifi don't pay them this money. Told them that I had never received anything from them and why would they sue me, that police officers will go to my house and I will be arrested. Eric Parker is the senior paralegal and will handle my case as D74-2217. I because suspicious and searched immediately online and I found out that this is a SCAM! I reported immediately to the police and attorney general. Also, I have received their voice mails and the police was already informed and copied of that voice mail. Was also informed that a lot of this case has been reported.
