It was a part time job offer in my email, after explained me what was the job and what i had to do, he send me a check for $2980.00.(his name is Alex White, email: [email protected] Phone # 856-628-4052). His instructions were that I deposit the check and go next day to take the money out and keep $300 for my salary. When I received the check I went to the bank, cash the check, keeping $300 for me, and the rest of the money, he told me send a money order by Western Union to someone named: YVONNE FIOURNOY in LAS CRUCES, NEW MEXICO. The money order amount was $2500 and $176 for the service, the total was $2676.00 and this is the MTCN# 198-926-1771.
About a week after that, the Bank said that the check didn't have funds and THAT I HAVE TO PAY THAT MONEY TO THE BANK,becouse they gave me that money. Yes, the Bank Of America gave me that money but, How they can cash a check if the check doesn't have funds??? What I can do? Help Please!!!
