I was recently given a Grand Incentives "Take Your Pick" offer that I now wish I had never seen before. Grand Incentives makes accepting their offers as inconvenient as possible. They have limited information available online (which everyone knows is the way the world turns these days, so I'm assuming they do in on purpose). Instead you have to call long distance and stay on hold for a minimum of twenty-five minutes in order to get any information out of them at all. On top of all this they promise you a thirty day processing time, but take seven weeks. They want you to sent them everything through Certified Mail. Well, oops I sent it by the United States Postal Service, and they won't accept a resend. Basically, I'm a deal shopper; I don't mind putting a little effort into something if the benefit is coming in the end, but Grand Incentives will leave you high and dry with no compensation.
