A Company Called Krystal-Blue Inc with a website address of http://www.krystal-blue.com called us to purchase 10 HP Pro Books. A Credit card was given over the phone, along with all CC information including the owners name address, etc...The CC Was processed and Verified. We in turn ordered 10 HP Pro books and shipped the product per thier instruction. A Week later our CC Processor debited the entire money right from our bank account stating the owner was disputing the charges. Shawn Oniel is the contact with a number of 877-358-1144 ext 101 has e-mailed us appolizing and said a cashiers check would be sent from the company. NOW they are avoiding e-mails and calls and giving the run around. We are now ALMOST OUT OF Business becuase of this act. They claim to be a NEW Company that is expanding locations. Bank can't help. Attorney says good luck, and now our processor is wanting thier money. We have been very patient with this whole situation and need serious assitance with this company and resolution. Certified mail and letters are being sent today, but is looksunlikely that anything will transpire. This is looking like a HUGE SCAM!!!!! HELP!!!! Please we are a Disabled Veteran Owned Business that is being taken down real quick by who knows? We also have a direct line to Shawn Oneil at 347-298-1642 He will often say hello? Can you hear me? This is common is the conversation. I dod not know what else to pursue - Any input is so appreciated. Again we are a Small Computer Business trying to help both residential and small to medium size businesses with thier computer IT Needs. NEVER did we see this coming.
Please help us expose these scammers!
