I applied for a free sample and was told it would only cost me £2.95. the products which arrived were full sized and they took without my knowledge £90 from my credit card. This surely is against the law, also they keep sending more products without authorisation on a monthly basis saying I had taken out membership which is absolutely not true. This is downright fraud and should be stopped immediately.
