Log into laptop and found it to be under lock down. I could not do anything on my computer! It said I have to pay a fee $200 in 24 hours or charges will be filed and fee increased. Suppose to go to retail locations to get pay code. Although, initial seemed legit there was no contact info. (Which the Gov. would include that info). So googled on iPhone only to find this is huge scam!!!! Now I'm trying to restore computer using some other victims tips : /
