Recieved a call from Sam Brown at the US Govt Grant, New York City, NY. that I was picked to recieved a grant $7,000.00. I must go to the Western Union and sent 310.00 dollars to them to release then money. I will then receive my grant money plus the 310.00 as well. After I sent the 310.00 dollars, I was told I had to send 495.00 dollars to pay for state taxes. In return they would pay 7000.00 plus 310.00, plus 495.00. Ok as stupid as I am, I sent the 495.00. Once they received it, I was told that I had fraud driver license number, because on the money transfer form, I put my first name, middle initial and last name instead of filling out my complete name. Jason informed me that my money was blocked because there is more than one person in Jefferson city with my name. He wanted me to send 495.00 to correct it so he could release the money. He transferred me to his boss, Barb Jones who promised me if I sent the money, I will get it all back. She also stated if I cancelled, pay 357.00 dollars I would get the 495.00 plus 310.00 back. They did not want me to talk to anyone about this. Phone number I called was 315-636-4731 Sam Brown employee ID 357. When this Barbara Jones called me back on my cell phone, her number came across as 730-102. They are going to wait until tomorrow 08/29 at 10am to hear from me. I have them believing I will get the money to pay them 495.00 dollars
