We recently purchased a vehicle with Fusion Autoplex North, Spring,TX, on the contract it was stated that they would repair a oil leak, and ensure that the check engine light would be investigated as to causation and also repaired. The vehichle was purchase 7/9/12 and we are now going into the third month and the car is still not repaired. We are constantly being told we will be refunded our money or the mechanic will take a look at it or they are going to resolve the issue and to no avail. We are constantly calling trying to get them to honor the contract. We want our money back as the car will not pass inspection, we have not yet received license registration going into the third month. We are constantly getting the runaround with no action. We have been very patient and it has gotten us no where. One of the Service guys name Dale stated that all of the cars on the lot were "pieces of shit"! No calls no resolution just runaround with Fusion Autoplex North, Spring, TX. Claims vehicle are in good shape but are so are not. The site gives the cars a five star rating but that is so incorrect. They are very deceptive and will use unlicense mechanics to attempt to repair. No one will allow you to speak with the owner or Management so buyers beware!!!!
