My debit card was billed $22.50 on 7/27/12 and on july 30,2012 for$27.99. I called the company MA location #866-614-8002. It's on my statement. I have never ordered from this company. I don't own my own business. They can't tell me anything about this order and where it was shipped to. The said In their system they don't have any record of the charges, yet they have the last four numbers of my credit card.They are asking for the complete # expiration date and the number on the back of the card. I refused to give them that information. They are giving me the run around to get my money back. It's very hard to contact them by phone and impossible online unless you have a business account with them. sally campbell (Personal Info Removed)
