I subscribed to Eurosport player for screening of the US open tennis tournament. It eventually turned out that they do not cover it in the UK fully only selected matches - this was not made clear in the advert - they did not answer my query about this for some time and then eventually admitted that this was the case - When I tried to watch anything they were streaming I had no success whatsoever. I cancelled my subscription and asked for a refund I have had no success with this and have just received answers that don't make sense
