I booked a holiday via resorts4all to Atlantic Sands in Gran Caneria, after numeous booking errors we were then able to stay at a friends villa and promised a refund which we never recieved. On arrival to 'Atlantic Sands'we found that half the facilities were not availiable, i.e shop, bus service, gym and was located on a building site. Numerous things with the "villa" went wrong one of which the sliding wardrobe door falling off and breaking my toe, being locked in our bedroom so we had to climb out of a window, toilets leaking into the living room and hourly power cuts.
