My computer has been locked pending a payment of $200 to the Federal Government Cyber Security. They want the money with offering no way to contact them. Only through payment will you have access to your computer. My 11 year old without permission checked out some nudity, but nothing illegal. I am sure this is a scam. I followed the steps, while in safe mode, that another person filed recently on scambook just 5 minutes ago and it worked. Turned off the computer, held down the f and the 8 key together while turning it on. At the beeping let go. In DOS I started windows (IN SAFE MODE), and restored the computer to an earlier date. In safe mode, restoring the computer is irreversible. Good Luck
