I ordered a large number of prints from this company and never recieved them. I emailed several times and only got automatic replies. Also phoned during business hours several times and never got an answer. I finally went through the dispute department at my credit card company to get the charges reversed. We will see if they respond. But after reading all the complaints about the quality, I'm glad I didn't get them. I will refuse any delivery now.

- I wanted to update this. I finally got a response from the company and told them to cancel the order. They did and issued a credit. But they resubmitted the order and it came. They did not try to rebill me. I opened the package just to see the quality. I was really surprised because my order was great. I contacted the company and told them they could rebill me because I was going to keep the order. I posted this to be fair to them. However, they are not in Florida, they are in Germany and they don't answer their phone. You have to contact them by email. They also will not have your order done in 24 hours and shipped so they are participating in false advertising in that sense. They just need to be honest and say it could take up to two to three weeks.
