I PLACED AN ORDER ON LINE ON 12TH OF JULY
FOR 3 ENAMELED LEATHER PRINT FLOWER HANDBAGS.
(IN RED, BLACK & IVORY.
I PAID $43 each, and a total of $129 for the 3
handbags. The Order no. - 1010751933
According to AliExpress's Buyer Protection
System, payments are only released to the seller once the buyer confirms satisfactory
delivery. Unfortunately they didn't follow this policy in my case. They charged my debit card on the day I placed the order, before getting any confirmation from me regarding receiving satisfactory delivery of my order.
Out of the 3 handbags only one handbag arrived
in uk in tact. The Black handbag track No.
RA589750616CN arrived in UK in an open parcel
and inside a damaged handbag.
The Ivory handbag Track No. RA589750854CN
arrived in UK in an empty parcel. inside the
Ivory handbag was missing, and instead there was a CHINESE KAREOKI CD. The parcel was wraped with the ROYAL MAIL CLEAR PLASTIC BAG
INDICATING THAT THIS PARCEL ARRIVED IN THE UK
DAMAGED AND A MISSING ITEM, SO THE ROYAL MAIL
CANNOT INVESTIGATE MISSING PARCELS ARRIVING
FROM OVERSEAS. IT'S THE SELLER'S RESPONSIBILTY
TO INVESTIGATE IT WITH THERE POST OFFICE.
I TOOK A PICTURE OF THE DAMAGED BLACK HANDBAG
AND THE WRAPPING OF THE EMPTY PARCEL AND THE
ROYAL MAILE NOTE.
I EMAILED IT TO THE SELLER AND SENT A PRINT OUT OF THAT BY A RECORDED DELIVERY THE SAME TIME. THE SELLER KEPT MESSING ABOUT AND REFUSE
TO COOPERATE. I FILED A DISPUTE AND COMPLAINT, BUT THEY ARE JUST NOT BEING HONEST
WITH ME SO FAR.
I found out that similar bad experience happened to other customers.
