I purchased this machine in June, I just made my last payment this week and now the motor is broken. When I called the company they left me on hold for 2 hours and then when they came back I was told that I would have to pay $29.99 for shipping for a new base. We conveniently got disconnected. When we called back a second time they left us on hold until 5:00 and then automatically disconnected our call.
Originally when I received the machine the lid was broken. They sent me 5 lids and every single one of them was the wrong size. I finally gave up.
