This company claimed they could get our home loan with BOA modified with a 50% rate reduction & lower payments & if it didn't go through my money was 100% refundable. Long story short my loan was not modified, my house was foreclosed on & sold on the court house steps on July 25, when I tried to contact the company they are no where to be found, phones & faxes disconnected, emails no longer valid addresses, no way to contact them, I contacted the AZ Attorneys General & they can't even locate them.
