These companies had claimed my Timeshare properties were sold. They also claimed to rent my current property for the next 5 years. They requested funds for the transfer, tax, and maintenance fees and never closed the deal on 8/24/11. The referral came from World Vacation Services. Michael Tucker from LPM and Elizabeth from ACS are the main scammers. This was all stemming from a transaction at the Grand Venetien in Puerto Vallarta.

- We also did this Timeshare/Private Residence presentation. It is a complete fraud. My research shows all the timeshare/PR's in Puerto Vallarta are frauds - 100%. They promise guaranteed rental for your weeks of $1200 for 5 years, they will buy your existing timeshares for an inflated price - a suckers deal, and lastly are now stating your investment is safe by using a company called Lloydshares and its annuity program. No relationship to Lloyd's of London and actually based in Panama. Seems to be another scam, but one you will not know about until the supposed annuity matures in 25 years. Enjoy the Breakfast and take the offered money for doing the presentation, BUT whatever you do - Do NOT BUY. The 3 - 5 day cancel period is also readily ignored. They will charge your Credit Card and guess what - The Credit Card companies are part of the problem.
