I ordered the free sample online and my checking account was debited for $1.03 and $3.87. then 12 days later my account was debited $78.41. I tried to cancel on their website thru the "easy cancel" button and put all my information in just to have it say it couldn't locate my account,I then tried calling the customer service that is suppose to be open 24 hours a day 7 days a week, according to their website, but I got a recording that said customer service is closed. I finally reached someone today, and he was very rude! Basically told me that they sent 2 products in the box and 1 was for the free sample and the other was for the $78.41. I told them I had been trying to cancel before my time was up and they didn't care and argued that customer service is always open and that I can cancel online even though I tried several times and all he kept saying was "well I'm advising that...and basically the run around. I had to get a new CC# so they cant take anymore money. I hope someone finds a way to stop these scammers and get our money refunded back!!
