On 7/24/2012 I placed an order of a dieting product called Meizitang Strong Version in the total amount of $36.39. A few weeks later I received the product and immediately started taking it. Around day 7th, I realized that the product wasn’t working properly. How did I know?, well I have used the product before and it works amazingly, I lost almost 40lbs in less than 1 ½ months, so I knew how it works and obviously these pills that I was taking weren’t giving me the same results.
The first time I purchased these pills, I got them from a different website, but because the FDA banned them in the United States, the website stopped selling them. So I found them fairly cheap at the www.frutaplantaslim.com and the only reason why I decided to order them was because on the website, under the product says: 100% Original and Authentic, Promise Refund If No Effect.
So I figured that if they didn’t work they I could always return them and get my money back.
I still gave it a try for a few more days and I started researching about the Meizitang Strong Version pills on the internet and I came across a YouTube video from an authentic company that sales them and it shows how to distinguish the real from the fake. So I went and grabbed one of my bottles and watch the video and looked at every single seal and mark that the original bottle/pill is supposed to have. No lie, I looked 3 times at the video with the bottle in hand because they looked just alike. But on the third time, I realized that they were bigger in shape, and that they made one mistake on the lot # and expiration date format. And that’s how I was able to find out that they were fake.
The real manufacture of my bottle is a hell of a good scammer.
So I went back to the Frutaplantaslim website and I tried contacting them. It doesn’t have a phone number where you can call, and the chat service it’s ALWAYS unavailable. But it had a form to fill out and send, so I wrote them saying I had tried the product for 10 days and I wasn’t seeing results. I also told them that I knew these pills had to be fake because I had used them before, and I had amazing results and clearly these ones were not working. To please contact me via email or phone to see what I had to do to return the pills and get my money back as they advertised on their website.
Till this date, I haven’t received any email or phone call from them.
So, today I decided to go to their website and write a review under the Meizitang Strong Version product page, to let other people know that they are not real and I haven’t been able to return them. When I went to submit my review, it says that they will review it first before it posts. Really???
If this is my personal experience with the product, why would you not post it right away? Clearly that shows me that you want to see what people say, so you can sort the bad out and leave the good comments to increase the volume of selling. No wonder why all the reviews under that product are 5stars.
To finish, I just want to say to people out there, look for reviews of the company as well as the product. To make sure they have a working phone number where they can call if there are ever any issues. And to search YouTube and different websites because there is a ton of people out there that have tried and experienced these products and companies and they post reviews and videos so other people don’t get scammed as well.
