I put an ad on crieg list to sale my car, and a person [email protected] wishing to buy it through pay pal. So I set up a acount with pay pal. that same day i receive e-mail from frad paypal stating $9,500 is in my acc. pending that i send $900 westerunion Pick up fees to buyers shipping agent to complete this tranfer. So not knowing i was dealing with fraud paypal i made payment to agent. After that got new e-mail needing $1700 for insurance sent western union thinking this is not right i got in touch with my pay pal and was informed that it did not come from there web sit. Now this [email protected] is sending missages all the time to complete the tranaction. what is the best way to get money back
