I went in to buy a carton of smokes. I asked for marb box. the clerk repeated marb box and handed me a carton of marb soft pack. Unfortunately I did not notice untill I got home. I turned around and took them back to the store where they informed me they would not except returns on smokes. I've lived in waunakee all my life and have never had a problem exchanging the wrong pack untill now! They refused to exchange the carton of soft pack for hard even though I had just been there and the packs were still intact! Now I am stuck with a full carton of soft packs! I will never spend another dollar of my money at any kwik trip ever, nor will any of my family. That is three generations of loyal life long waunakee coustomers who will never shop at any of your stores for any reason ever again. Because your policy of non exchange for smokes is aperently more important than coustomer satisfaction. Thanks for teaching me this important lesson
