Purchased a deal for home cleaning services by Sweet Cleanng Services on Outlet.com.sg at $49 but was unable to redeem as merchant did not answer calls or respond. Made a complaint to Outlet.com.sg and they said will check & revert which never happened.
Also have a value of $11.60 in credits from previous deal which again I was unable to redeem & was refunded. They refused to refund back to my payment mode (credit card) & only agreed to refund in credits. Before I could use the credits, the site announced that they were going through liquidation.
