Coddan CPM Ltd represented by Ekaterina Ostapchuk is specialized in company incorporation/registration services. I have asked them to incorporate my new company in Belize. I paid the money by bank transfer on 08/06/2012. Yesterday, 08/22/2012, she (Ostapchuk) told me that the money never arrived. Today, I contacted my bank and they informed me that this is not true and will send me the transfer SWIFT. In the time being, I had already a similar problem with CODDAN CPM Ltd, concerning the incorporation of another company.
I will report this incident to the London Police and will see my UK lawyer next week.
CONCLUSION : NEVER USE incorporation and any other services offered by CODDAN CPM Ltd. UK.
