I ordered a program from roku on 7/21/11 for a one time charge of $2.99, I was billed twice and called them, they gave me credit for both charges but deleted the program. I called back and reordered the program on 7/29/11 and was again charged twice, I called again and they promised to 'escalate' the situation and get it resolved. on 8/21/11 I received yet another invoice for $2.99 for the program, so I have been charged 5 times, two of those charges refunded. at the urging of my bank I removed all $$$ info from my roku account only to find I had a balance due of $2.99. I called to resolve this on 8/24 and was told it would be 'escalated' and fixed only to find last night that again the program was deleted from my roku with no refund of the 3 unauthorized payments to them. they denied deleting it and told me I should re-enter my $$ data and reorder the program for $2.99. this almost sounds like a joke but I have all the history of this in b/w on paper. I have contacted the software program guy to sold this program to roku and he is trying to help but nothing works
I need some serious help here
