Justin Jones of Nortex Custom Hardwood floors installed 2800 sq ft of hardwood floors at my home. The floors started warping in several different areas. I contacted Justin and many times he said he would send someone to inspect floors. After several months he sent his head installer out. He said that the floors had been installed incorrectly but could be repaired. He said Justin would have to set the date. Justin sent me a text on July2 and said for me to clear out the areas. I asked for a specific date for the repair and he has never responded. Justin Jones of Nortex Custom floors is not a reputable contractor. He does not stand behind his work or respond to clients after he has received the money.
