If you are a smart business owner DO NOT use this shady company. Like most SEO companies they just want your money; they don't care about your business. Here is the inner workings of how they operate:
1. You will receive non stop automated cold calls saying your website is not working or something deceiving to get your attention. When you press one to speak to a so called sales consultant, you will get a smooth talking moron reading from a script. If you ask to have your number removed it does not actually get removed, they just hang up on you. Some of these guys are good talkers so beware.
2. There is 4 different prices you will be quoted at starting at $798. If they hear from you thats too much they will say hey let me ask my boss to get you $100 bucks off. The price will go down to $698, $598, and $498 but the most deceiving part is they are all the same no difference at all in what you get.
3. The websites are very unprofessional and be prepared for tons of grammatical errors. The sales guys will tell you that you can change or alter your website at any time...ha b.s. be prepared for a $60 fee to change something.
Wondering how I know all this? I worked for this company for a short while. I was horrified to learn how they operate and got out after a few months. You are better off hiring a web designer or making your own website. The owners and managers were the most fraudulent and shady people I have ever met. This is nothing more than a mass telemarketing scam with elementary style websites. This company should be shut down.

First off, I would like to respond to the allegations that led to this dispute:
1 - Our form of marketing using voice calls, is not illegal, we are not under any scrutiny for this form of marketing, there are no laws against calling business that have opted into something similar to internet marketing and may need our assistance, and we follow the guidelines of the DNC, and associated bi-laws. If a client would like to be removed they are added to our internal DNC and removed withing 72hrs. Occasionally double data fields will arise and a business owner could be called more than once, rare but it happens occasionally. We scrub our lists against DNC and internal dnc lists. If we were to spend money calling people that are not interested in our services as often as this dispute says we would have most likely gone out of business. If a rep hangs up on a consumer we will find out. If a rep disconnected on a consumer they'll have repercussions.
2- Our 1 setup fees change depending on packages we are offering. Reps estimate depending on the needs of consumers, type of site and amount of customization required. Our package base price for a Seo Site that includes revisions is $199 to start, ($99 over time). Is that unreasonable for a 6 page website, Seo & Sem with no hidden fees or charges to call or ask for help?
3- Our sites are built in PHP format clients can easily access, this comes with an automatic login for the client to make changes as they see fit. Our sites are very professional looking and selling for average of $1500 less than actual value of site. Adjustments are made to clients sites after 1st draft free of charge. $59 per hour is a fee designated for additional changes that are beyond normal scope of work and considered "custom", client have to agree in writing before the fee is even established.
