Allied Loan Source tried to deduct $34.95 from my account. I googled this company and found all these complaints on scambook! Someone listed the contact number and I called it. I contacted them at 1-877-366-1121. I was hung up on! Contacted my bank who actually called Allied Loan Source with me ON THE PHONE. They stated that I filled out an application for a loan and that the $34.95 was to process the loan. However, I did not give authorization to process the loan. They stated that they would refund the money within 24-48 hours. Apparently, if you are applying for loans online, Allied Loan Source takes the money out of your account before even speaking to you if you want the loan or not. And because they don't speak to you, they keep taking and taking until you call them!! SO RUDE!!!
Having your bank call them with you on the phone helps ALOT! The bank was also able to do a stop payment on the charge AND waived the fee for me when I told them that I did not authorize this company to take $34.95.
Hopefully, I will get my money back soon.
If you see a charge on your account from them, call the number I listed on here and try to solve it yourself. If Allied is not willing to refund your money, contact your bank, ask them to do a stop payment and/or have them call Allied themselves to investigate the problem.
