This company charged me $98.00 for their program. I found out it was a scam and requested a refund. The numbers given Traffic Master Program are not in service and the email always returns unable to send: no such address. I have made several attempts to call Home Revenue System and emailed a request for a refund, but never get a response or connected. It always states leave a number and we will get back with you. I never get a call back.

Two days ago I paid Home Revenue System $79.00 to join their program. Within two hours I discovered this operation to be a scam and I emailed the company umpteen times demanding a refund. The first four emails were sent to the email address which I received after I purchased the program

The 4 emails came back delivery failure. I then looked at the company web site to see what contact information was available and I discovered that there was no contact form or email address on the web site apart from the one above which was unobtainable.
I looked at other emails I received from this company after I paid my money and came across another email address

I sent seven emails to this email address demanding a refund and late yesterday evening I received a reply to the seventh email.
This email stated it was not company policy and neither did it comply with company security protocol to make refunds via email requests. If I wanted a refund then I would have to telephone between 9am and 5pm EST to get a refund.
I emailed the company back and told them that I would not be wasting my time telephoning them. I informed the company that if it was good enough to take my money via emails then the refund could be processed using the same method.
I also told them that countless persons have already wasted their money making telephone calls to the company to no avail and that I would get my money back by hook or by crook. I told the company that I reside in Scotland and it would cost me a fortune to telephone the USA especially when you can't get through or you have to call endless times.
I have received no reply to this email but it is my intention to bombard the company with further emails.
I informed the company that under UK law if a person makes a purchase by means of a credit card and the transaction is not valid then that person has the right to make their bank recover their money. -

I am glad to report by calling the number listed below, I was issued a refund for the Home Revenue System. This was later verified by my bank the refund has been credited to my account.

In order to receive your full refund we ask that you call our Customer Support Department at 888-702-7560 Monday – Friday 9am-5pm EST. You will need to call before 9/18/12 to receive your full refund.

Following the 20 emails I sent to [email protected] for a refund I have finally achieved a result.
Yesterday I received the following email from

I have looked into your account and I do apologize for any inconvenience you have experienced. Our email agent was following company policy with prior emails. As you are an international customer we have refunded the full amount of your purchase onto the card ending ****. Your reference number for that refund in the amount of $128.00 is *****. If you have any concerns please don't hesitate to call at 011-1-855-5533 Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm EST.

I found this email rather confusing given the fact that I had previously received an email confirming my purchase with a price of £79.00 yet unbeknown to me they had taken a further $49.00 from my account.
I then received another email confirming my refund. The email was sent by Julian Rios on behalf of High Speed Revenue.
I have came to the conclusion that Home Revenue System and High Speed Revenue are one and the same company operating under different names. I checked out High Speed Revenue on Spambook and not to my surprise discovered that this company also had complaints filed against it.
Although I got my money back these two companies must be avoided at all cost because both of them are scam operators.
In my search to earn income from the Internet I have looked at 100's of different programs which claim that a person can earn good money from working from home. My conclusion is that what is on offer on the Internet won't earn you a penny but it will take money out of your pocket.
