I bought a brand new Cell Phone for $104.00. After a week of use. It was proved defective by my T mobile Tech.. I sent back the Cell Phone to http://www.letstalk1.com/ . They e mailed me promising a refund. They recieved the phone. A week went by. Its now on the second week. Still no refund.
