I got letter in the mail saying I was over drafted from my bank acct in the amount of $29.95 and was charge $30.00 NSF fees. I was confused on what the $29.95 charge was. Called the bank and was able to get the number to call the company. I called the company and was told by someone name ADAM that they got my information from another site. And I told them they shouldnt have any of my personal information! He did start to get argumental until I told him to read my the ISP add. He read it from coming out of another state. When I told him that not my cable company. He begin to get quite and then said my money will be refunded in 5 days. Im still going to file complaint. This company is somehow able to process someone persoanl information without verfiy the Id. The bank is aware that this is fradulent.
