the company spammed two of their product, one slim Vida and other colon flow as a free trail for two bottles, then I followed the spam I got to the Natural Health Network, and they wrote there only £2.49 for delivery charge once you saw the result and you want to buy these products you have to pay £69.90.Apart from that really I could not see any extra term or condition. and I did not see any term and condition or extra charge till i got to the end of the ordering process of free sample .
when i checked my bank balance one month later they withdrew£139.90 from my bank account and then I contacted immediately the company where this hidden charge came from? I requested them to refund my money as your advert did not make it clear that i will be charged above amount of money and also asked them do not withdraw more money from my bank as i do not want your pills.and asking for refunding though, then two days later I got another two bottles and transected £139.10 from my bank which i did not want or sign any deal with the company and did not see that sort of deal,whether you want or not you have to pay. when i opened the envelope the letter was enclosed said money guarantee back 30*60days but you have to return these product with Return Merchandise Authorization Number which you can obtain from customer office.
when I gave them a ring three time and asked for RMA number, they refused to give me that number, just simply said once product shipped you can not return it.eventually I wrote to them but i have not heard because the extreme and unfair term and condition they made even they do not follow and respect it.
I believe i have been robbed by robber and i am writing this real comment to aware innocent customer of Natral Health Network and their product as Slim Vida, Colon Flow and Nuovaryn and also request to legal authority and government to get rid of that sort scams.which is not different from robbery.
