I bought a book for my college algebra class and paid for it via my prepaid debit card. Little did I know that every month for the last 11 months these people were taking 9.95 a month for membership to a book club that Ive never used. Yes I bought A book. I haven't bought a book from them since then. I did not agree to this and this is bogus. Taking honest hard working people money. They have agreed to stop the fees and refund this months fee....which I haven't seen yet.

You said that refund was issued to your Credit Card but you have not received it yet.
Please note that processing of a refund of credit card charges generally takes at least one to two billing cycles to show up on your credit card statement.
Processing time for refunds varies depending on your financial institution.
