I purchased a number of items including a travel set, hats, handbag and wallet through the company Flip Flops and Lips Gloss. I have continually tried to contact the company via their webpage, facebook and the owners personal facebook account where she keeps deleting my messages or not replying back. Since she kept saying she was waiting on an item to arrive before she could ship it out I didn't file a complaint through paypal within the 45day period. There are many other people who I have recently found out that she has done the same too.
