I was called at my job by this indian man, named chris, who said he was from the david harrison legal services located in california. He said that i took out a payday loan for $14,000.00 and they have not been able to get there money. He told me if i paid him $523.00 i would be excluded from having to pay, if i did not, i would be summons and sent to jail this friday (8/26/11). I asked him what is the address of his company and he gave me a fake address(114 cable lane CA, zip code 98050. when i googled the no thing came up, but when i googled the number i found that it was located in seattle washington. Oh, the phone numbers he was calling from was 253-785-0820 and 866-321-4187 also 866-893-8482. They continue to call my home and my job telling me that im going to jail, and leaving messages on my phone telling me good luck. I was even told to send the name and number of my attorney so they could send and affidavit. They have my ss# and my bank infomation. I dont want to lost my job due to these calls, nor do i owe any money to a payday loan. why are these people harrassing me?
