I joined the IMS team in Feb. of 2012. I spoke to a very pleasant gentleman named Ben Murphy. Ben and I were about the same age and his easy going manner and southern drawl had me feeling pretty good about him and his company from the onset. IMS was basically a home based business dealing in mortgage refinancing. The deal was I would pay 3 payments of $531.66 over 3 months. Also Ben told me if I didn't make at least enough money from this business to pay my 2nd and 3rd payments I would not be charged and I would still have my business and I was told by Ben that he was so confident in this business that he was willing to give me the no payment option if I wasn't making money. All I had to do was sit back and watch my back office for the orders to start rolling in..and after 6 months of success I would be obligated to give a testimonial of this wonderful company. Sounds to good to be true...and it was. From the start my website and back office were besieged with "technical difficulties"...I was getting little to no traffic to my site...and when I did get a little traffic I couldn't follow it in my back office because it was having constant "technical difficulties". I has zero sales and zero profits after the first 3 months. I called often and talked to a man named Brandon Donatto who assured me everything was being done to correct the problems. When the first month went by with no sales or profits I did not make my second payment of $531.66 as per the agreement I made with Ben Murphy and I fully expected my site to remain active and that Mr. Donatto would continue to work on fixing the problems that had plagued my site and back office. Much to my dismay my site and back office were shut down due to know payment be received by IMS from me. After 2 week of phone calls this mistake was finally reversed and my site was back online. over the next few months the traffic to my site came to a complete standstill and I had yet to make any money at all. Finally at the end of June I filed a complaint with the BBB and the online BBB and after a few more calls with Mr. Donatto it was agreed that IMS would refund my original investment of $531.66 in 30 days. So my refund was to be sent to me on July 26th. Today is August 17th and I have yet to receive my refund and all attempts to call or contact IMS by e-mail have failed. I was also told by Ben Murphy when I signed up back in Feb. that I could call him anytime if I had any questions, concerns or if I just wanted to say hi. To date I have called and/or requested a return call from Mr Murphy over 50 times and I haven't spoke to him since I signed up in Feb. Obviously this is a poorly run company that doesn't live up to any of their promises or agreements. Don't get taken in by these scam artists. My next step come this Monday, Aug 20th will be to contact the Arizona Atty General and file suit against IMS. Don't let them scam you they are located in Chandler Arizona.

    After carefully reviewing the file of Kirk Lane, IMS acknowledges having a period of technical problems with Mr. Lanes site. IMS has spoken with Mr. Lane and both parties agreed on a refund of $531.66 that Mr. Lane requested.
