I've been with Bank of America since 2009 and I've never missed a payment, nor ever been late. I have a credit limit of $300 which is a set amount and will not go over..

I had auto payment and I would pay extra on my Credit card through out the month for obtaining good Credit.

I change banks in Dec 2011 and I also set up auto with my new bank... Bank of America was pay in Jan 2012 from the new bank and stop taking my payments because they tried to take payments out of the old bank.

I would go into several branch offices and while I would make additional payments, the sales associate would sit down with me to discuss other services. They fail to tell me the horrible status of my account, which were over due because they were not taking the auto payment..they NEVER MENTION TO ME THE STATUS OF MY ACCOUNT!

I called Tara at the Main office and we talked about how the fees would be taken off and I would re-establish the auto payment...

She never did send me confirmation of our agreement as I requested. I spoke to her a few weeks after our conversation and she told me about a different balance that was over $400. This was not the same balance as we talked about previously....

I was shock, because I have not used my card in several months because I have a new credit card from them and it is not activated ...so how can it go up and how can it go past the SET $300 limit that I have...

I have asked if she could send me a detail statement of how she arrived at this amount...

She also stated that she would take the negative information off my credit...and it has not been done....

She has made calls to me, but I have to see the statement that she is talking about and confirmation of the agreed previous conversation before I can talk..

They have mess up my credit....they have admit their fault and still seem to keep reporting negative to the credit agencies.
