My name is Lauren Brown. I am writing you to inform you about a company and my situation. On February 28, 2012, I located a company called 1800skyride to purchase for me and my fiancé to go skydiving. During that time my fiancé was in Afghanistan. I was going to surprise him with skydiving certificates for our anniversary when he got back from war. The company told me the gift certificates were good for two years. They said I could call them to make reservations. My fiancé came back home and for a month now I have been calling this company to make reservations for us. They don't answer me, I leave voicemails and they do not return my calls. I tried to write to them on their website email and it keeps telling me it doesn't work. After a month of trying to contact them, I started to Google them and see what the reviews said about them. I read so many people saying that this company was a scam and they have never got their money back or their services they had paid for. I can't get my money back and from what I read these people have been doing this for three years and nothing is being done about this! I want to stop them from stealing from anyone else! Can you please help me do something about these horrible people! What they are doing is illegal!!
