Dear CPA agent,
I need help of The Consumer Protection Agency to get a refund of $ 1,382.00. This company received this amount from me and I never received any services what so ever. I got into this “business” with this company that was supposed to help me open a business on line BUT they have a very comber-son online site that I tried for more that four months to access but even thou one of their agents was trying to help me on the phone she was never able to get me into their website.
Originally I paid $500.00 with a check. I never realized that with that check I was given them access to get the amount of $147.90 out of my account every month. While I was trying to work with them I thought it was OK but, one month they changed the name of the company that was subtracting money from my checking account. Then is when I started to check into this STORES ON LINE BUSSINESS and then is when I realized that this company has a big amount of people that they had been stealing money from. As a matter of fact I canceled the withdrawals from my checking account to stop this people to continue ripping me off. Since then they continue trying to ruin my credit. If I need to hire a lawyer to make my voice heard and stop these SCAMMERS I would do it but I’m in disability and I live of a set income I receive from Social Security.
Thank you so much for any assistance you provide to me. I've found so many complains for these scammers.
I believe that The CPA would protect me as a consumer for my refund to be handed to me as I’ve done all the right things to make my rights count. I’m Disable elder trying to recover from Brain Cancer. I think the most important thing for me is to contact YOU as this problem is affecting my health. So I’be decided to fight for my rights as a customer.


They are con artist when I starting digging that it scares me. This company should be put to shame and their license should be remove so they stop their canning ways.
