my daughter brought a fancy dress outfit,when she got it home the zip was broken returned item given a replacement,got that one home it had no zip.Took it back to shop got a stream of abbuse from the assitant told twice manager would be there but no would not give a phoneor company details.told them we would contact yourselfs did not care and would not refund money,glitterbox is in the chilterns,high wycombe bucks
