dream vacations called me around the 1st of july sating they had a buyer who wanted to buy several timeshares in a location in puerto vallarta mex called bel air which was taken over by hotel-u due to financial problems.they e-mailed me an offer.Iasked if there was any upfront costs and was told by sales rep JOE DELUCA there would be none.He said i needed to call escrow co guardian federal escrow in chicago to close.Walter Beck of guardian federal escrow informed me I would need to pay the sales commision upfront as sellers were selling and not paying the 8% commision.He said the7000usd would be held in sep escrow acct until closing.He kept telling me he had not rcvd the 7000usd which Ihad wire transferred from my bank to his.My bank has since trased the money and found it wasdeposited into his account the same day we did the wire transfer.Walter Beck has lied to me.Joe deluca &Ron Harper of dream vacations have also not been honest with me.At this point I am out 7000 usd.I am working on attemps to get the money back.Ihave contacted FBI AS WELL AS STATE ATTORNEY GEN.offices in texas & illinois.They seem to think they can help.
