Recived a call from them saying that i had received a $1000.00 gift certificate and that they were also going to include some magazines in there for me saying nothing about the additional cost of the magazines. When they transferred me to another employee for conformation he asked for my card # for shipping and handling only for the magazines. After i gave my my card # he then goes to inform me that it will be an additional 19 dollars a month for the magazines. When i told the man that i did not want to magazines because i was not going to pay for them, he told me that i would receive information in the mail and to call then and cancel. I finally received the information in the mail and when i called they said that i owed them $196 since it was within 7 days of receiving my mail and if i waited after the 7 days to cancel and pay up then i would owe them around $800. I am currently on a 3 section payment plan to cancel stupid magazines that i didn't even ask for and on top of that i am getting $39.90 taken out from another company because they are saying that when i talked to american publishers they say that i also agreed to sign up for a discount site for $39.90 a month which i had no idea about and would not even think about paying for somthing i would never use. i have now canceled the discount site thing also but i cant get my money back on somthing that i have not even used or recived yet. They are saying i cant get my money back on that one because they say they "have me on tape" o please!. They defiantly got me .
