I'm so glad I found this website. I just received a "collection notice" from A.C.A. recovery regarding Local Directory Online. I figured it was a scam and now I have proof.
I just dealt with "Public Yellow Pages" trying to get money out of me back in March 2012. I finally turned them over to our state Attorney General and they were able to get a letter from them stating that our "accounts have been closed".
How do people think they can get away with this?
