Never authorized this company to take any funds. Never contacted this company. However, I placed a service ad on Craigslist and that seems to be the source. No banking information is given to Craigslist, so I am not sure how this company does it. But it is scary and frustrating. Fortunately, Chase Bank filed a fraudulent transaction against them. And I got my money back the next day from Chase. If enough people go to their bank, I would hope the company? Moneyleaf would be charged with fraud.

- I am really glad I came across this site and your post. I too am a customer of Chase Bank and saw this morning that this company, who I have NEVER contacted, and have NO IDEA How they got my banking information, have taken 29.95 out of my account. I shall be on the phone to Chase first thing in the am, or at their door. I have also placed a fraud alert at the credit reporting agencies. In order for someone to have my bank routing number and account number, its likely they have my SS# too. Thanks for your posting. YES< EVERYONE SHOULD REPORT IT AS FRAUD TO THEIR BANKS>
