Received my cell phone bill and it had a premium serve charge of 9.99. I called my provider, and they said it was a 3rd party charge from Remo Media for Ringtone. I did not authorize or download any ringtones. I called the number given by my provider it was an automated number to stop charges. could not get a live person.
